• All prizes are guaranteed to be drawn on the stated prize draw date and delivered to the verified prize winner within the delivery period if the winner complies with the verification and claim process outlined below.

Prize Draw Winner Selection and Notification

• All entries will be verified and 10 winners will be drawn randomly.
  
  
• Winners are notified by email only. You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date to enable prompt notification should you be chosen as the winner of any prize draw.
  
  
• Winners' names will be posted on the Johannesburg Tourism website under the Winners section.
  
  
• Prizes must be claimed by the 31st of August 2009 otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize.
  
  
• Prize redemption is subject to availability at the relevant accommodation concern.
  
  
• The winner is responsible for contacting Johannesburg Tourism Company to claim their prize and arrange for the relevant booking.

Prize Draw Winner Verification

• Winners are also obliged to provide an Affidavit to confirm that they are not related to any employee of Johannesburg Tourism, The City of Johannesburg or any of its Municipal Owned Entity’s or our advertising and promotions agencies and are thus eligible as a winner.

Prize Delivery

• Johannesburg Tourism will arrange the delivery of the prize as soon as the winner has been verified and will advise the winner of the delivery date at that time.
  
  
• Prizes will be delivered to the physical address provided by the winner.
  
  
• Prizes can only be delivered to the winner and not a representative.
